Repairs
At Infinity Computers, we repair a wide range of devices including desktop PCs, laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, and smartphones (both iPhone and Android). Our comprehensive repair services cover hardware issues (like screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repairs), software troubleshooting (such as virus removal, operating system reinstallation, and data recovery), and performance upgrades (including RAM, SSD, and GPU upgrades). Whether your device is running slow, won’t turn on, or needs a full refresh — we’ve got you covered.
Most standard repairs are completed within 1–5 business days. However, some repairs may take longer depending on factors such as part availability, the complexity of the issue, data recovery duration, and the type of device. We’ll always provide an estimated turnaround time after diagnostics, and keep you updated throughout the process.
Water-damaged systems may be eligible for diagnostic evaluation. Repair success depends on the extent of corrosion and internal damage. Data recovery is not guaranteed.
Yes, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you only pay for the repair itself. If you decide not to proceed, the $50 covers the time spent diagnosing the issue.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once service has been performed. Diagnostic charges cover technician time and evaluation regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.
Repair warranties vary depending on the type of service performed and will be documented on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, most computer repairs include a limited 30-day service warranty covering only the specific repair performed.
Yes. Infinity Computers services both systems built in-house and systems built by other providers. However, warranty coverage applies only to systems originally purchased from Infinity Computers and remains subject to our Warranty Terms.
Data backup or recovery services may be available depending on device condition. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups prior to service. Infinity Computers is not responsible for data loss unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Typically ship within 24 business hours after order confirmation.
Prebuilt Gaming PCs
Typically ship within 5–7 business days, depending on configuration and testing requirements.
Custom Gaming PCs
Typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on component availability and workload. All custom systems undergo 48–72 hours of stress testing before shipment.
Enterprise, AI, and Professional Workstations
Systems built for AutoCAD, SolidWorks, rendering, AI workloads, engineering, and production environments typically require 7–14 business days due to additional configuration, validation, and extended testing protocols.
Custom Liquid-Cooled Systems
Build timelines may extend beyond standard estimates due to loop assembly, leak testing, coolant curing, and additional stability validation.
All timelines are estimates and may vary based on component availability, order volume, verification requirements, or custom requests.
Yes.
All consumer custom, prebuilt, and ready-to-ship PCs include a 2-year limited warranty covering parts and labour for hardware defects under normal use.
Enterprise and commercial systems include a 1-year limited warranty covering parts and labour, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Optional extended warranty coverage may be added at checkout.
All individual components also carry their original manufacturer warranty, where applicable. Manufacturer warranties remain valid provided the components are not physically damaged, modified, or altered outside of their intended use.
Absolutely.
All Infinity Computers systems are built with long-term upgradability in mind. We intentionally select components that allow for future upgrades without requiring a full system replacement.
Where appropriate, we design systems with:
- Power supplies that provide additional headroom for future GPU upgrades
- Cases that support larger graphics cards and improved airflow
- Motherboards with expansion capacity for additional storage and memory
- Cooling solutions capable of handling higher-performance components
Our goal is to avoid unnecessary bottlenecks so that, in most cases, future upgrades such as RAM, GPU, storage, or CPU (within platform compatibility) can be completed without replacing multiple core components.
While no system can guarantee compatibility with every future hardware release, we build with a forward-looking approach rather than minimizing component quality for short-term cost savings.
Upgrade services are also available if you would like professional installation or guidance.
Every custom system undergoes a structured validation and stress-testing process before shipment.
This includes:
- Full hardware inspection and cable management verification
- BIOS configuration and firmware updates
- Memory stability testing
- CPU stress testing under sustained load
- GPU stress testing and thermal validation
- Storage health checks and performance validation
- Operating system optimization and driver installation
- Multi-hour combined load testing to ensure thermal and power stability
Systems are stress tested for 48–72 hours under controlled load conditions to ensure stability, cooling efficiency, and peak performance before delivery.
Only after a system passes all validation checks is it approved for shipment.
Yes! We offer financing through Affirm and Afterpay, allowing you to pay over time with flexible installment options. Simply select Affirm or Afterpay at checkout, subject to eligibility and provider approval. Financing terms, interest rates, and payment schedules are determined by the third-party provider.
Prebuilts are systems handpicked and custom specced by Infinity Computers. We offer a wide range of options — from high-end performance machines to budget-friendly setups, minimalist no-RGB builds, and everything in between. These systems are built, tested, and ready to ship quickly.
Custom builds, on the other hand, are created through our Request a Build form. You tell us what you’re looking for — whether it’s a specific use case, aesthetic, or performance goal — and we’ll bring your vision to life, building a system tailored exactly to your needs.

Manufacturer warranty coverage remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may be void if components are physically damaged, modified, improperly installed, or altered outside of intended specifications.
Yes. All custom and prebuilt systems undergo 48–72 hours of stress testing to ensure performance stability and hardware reliability prior to shipment. Enterprise and professional workstations may undergo extended validation procedures.
Infinity Computers builds every system using carefully selected, high-quality components with long-term reliability and upgradeability in mind. Unlike mass-produced systems, each build is individually assembled, cable-managed, and stress-tested for 48–72 hours before delivery.
We prioritize motherboard quality, adequate power supply headroom, proper thermal management, and long-term scalability rather than minimizing cost on supporting components.
Customers also receive personalized support, direct communication, and lifetime remote troubleshooting guidance for custom-built systems. Our focus is on performance, stability, and long-term value rather than volume-based production.

Optional extended warranty coverage may be available at the time of purchase and will be documented on the customer’s invoice where applicable.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is void if ownership is transferred.
Warranty coverage is void if BIOS settings are altered, overclocking is performed, unauthorized repairs or modifications are made, third-party components cause instability or damage, software is altered outside of our original setup, or damage results from misuse, liquid exposure, power surges, improper installation, environmental exposure, or lack of maintenance. Full details are outlined in our Warranty Terms.
