General Terms and Conditions
Product Information & Liability
Customers agree that Infinity Computers is not liable for discrepancies between product images and descriptions. Specifications may change, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify all product details before purchase. Infinity Computers is only responsible for the products listed on the invoice.
Sales Representative Authority
Our sales representatives are not authorized to make promises or agreements beyond these Terms and Conditions and the official warranty. Any additional provisions must be in writing and signed by an officer of Infinity Computers.
Multi-Item Purchases
Each item in a multi-item purchase is treated independently unless otherwise stated in the invoice memo. Issues with one item (defect, replacement, or cancellation) do not affect the entire order.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
Customers must verify their order confirmation email for accuracy, including shipping and billing details. Infinity Computers is not responsible for customs policies, fees, or taxes associated with international shipments. Customers must be aware of import regulations in their location. If an email confirmation is not received, customers should contact support before placing duplicate orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing via phone or through our website. Cancellation requests via email or voicemail are not accepted.
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, if payment was processed, a 4.9% processing fee applies.
- If the order was built but not shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Special-ordered components have a 20% restocking fee, even if the system has not shipped.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping fees cover materials, packaging, and handling. Customers are not charged extra for multiple shipments unless they request an upgraded shipping method. Infinity Computers includes shipping insurance on all FedEx and UPS shipments.
Shipping Delays
Infinity Computers is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is lost, the carrier must complete an investigation before a replacement is sent. Signature confirmation is required on most shipments. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees will apply.
Order Acceptance Policy
An order confirmation (electronic or phone) does not guarantee order acceptance. Infinity Computers reserves the right to decline or delay orders for any reason.
Liability Limitation for Products Sold
The maximum liability of Infinity Computers for any sold product is limited to the purchase price of the product. Infinity Computers, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to a product purchase.
Trademarks
All trademarks and registered trademarks displayed on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are not intended to imply any endorsement or affiliation between Infinity Computers and these companies.
Making Purchases
If you wish to purchase products offered on the site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide to Infinity Computers will be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges related to your purchases.
For security purposes, you may be asked to provide a photo ID, which must match the billing information on your order. Failure to provide valid identification may result in order cancellation.
Where We Ship
We ship to any physical address that the shipper/courier can deliver to. We may accommodate customers who need an item shipped to an APO/FPO address or PO Box depending on the circumstances.
Customers acknowledge that Infinity Computers is not responsible for providing customs and import policies for their country. Infinity Computers is not liable for any fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments. The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with the customs regulations in their place of residence.
When We Ship
Products are shipped only after the build process is complete.
Shipping & Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship PCs → 24 business hours (weekends/holidays excluded).
- Prebuilt PCs → 3-5 business days.
- Custom PCs → 5-7 business days.
- Shipping delays due to address verification, fraud checks, or incorrect information are not Infinity Computers’ responsibility.
- All shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to supply chain issues, order volume, or other unforeseen factors.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address does not match what your credit card issuer has on file. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require additional time for processing. We may also ship orders containing multiple items separately, which may result in deliveries arriving on different days.
Due to various circumstances, such as the inability to charge your card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date. Selecting next-day air service does not mean you will receive the item the next day from your order date—it means you will receive it the next day from the date the order is shipped.
Shipping timelines are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to supply chain issues, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
Infinity Computers reserves the right to delay your order at any time after receipt for any reason.
Shipping Delays
Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping courier to deliver the package. Infinity Computers cannot stop or modify the shipment once it has left our facility.
If the shipping courier loses the package, they will initiate a tracer to locate it. Tracing typically takes around 3 business days for air shipments and 7 business days for ground shipments. A replacement package will not be shipped until the courier confirms that the original package is lost and will not be delivered.
Without confirmation from the shipping courier, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive duplicate shipments if a replacement is sent.
If no one is available to sign for the package upon delivery, the courier may return it to us. If a package is returned due to missed delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Shipping policies and timelines are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to courier delays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Infinity Computers reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time after receipt, for any reason.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability of Infinity Computers for any product sold shall be limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
In no event shall Infinity Computers, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
Returns
We accept returns on computers within 14 days of pickup or delivery for online orders and 7 days for in-store purchases. Please note the following:
- No Returns After 14 Days (Online) / 7 Days (In-Store): Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your item for online orders and 7 days for in-store purchases.
- 25% Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Proper Packaging Required: Customers must return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. If a product is damaged due to poor packaging, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Final Sale Items:
- Software is non-refundable.
- Opened accessories (monitors, speakers, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Custom-built PCs are final sale (except for warranty service).
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Warranty Service
Warranty Service
Infinity Computers provides a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions. Lifetime technical support is available for custom PCs, but repairs outside of the warranty period are not included.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void if:
- BIOS settings are changed, overclocking is performed, or crypto-mining is used.
- Software is modified outside of our original setup (e.g., OS reinstallations, unauthorized drivers, unapproved third-party software).
- Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or part replacements are done.
- Damage occurs due to power surges, improper electrical use, or lack of maintenance.
- The product is resold or ownership is transferred.
Warranty Repairs & Shipping
- Infinity Computers covers shipping costs within Canada for the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for warranty claims.
- If a product or part is discontinued, Infinity Computers may replace it with an equivalent or better component at our discretion.
Refused Shipments
Any product that Infinity Computers ships to a customer and is refused upon delivery will be subject to fees.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refused computer systems.
- Shipping costs for both the original shipment to the customer and the return shipment back to Infinity Computers will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they provide the correct shipping address and are available to receive the package. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for all associated fees.
