Yes, all of our custom, ready to ship, and prebuilt PCs come with a 1-year warranty covering parts and labour for defects.

Repairs
We repair PCs, laptops, Macs, and phones. Our services include hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days. We’ll provide an estimate after diagnostics.
Yes, we can attempt to repair water-damaged devices. Success depends on the extent of the damage.
Yes, we charge a $30 diagnostic fee, which is credited toward your repair if you choose to proceed.
Orders and Shipping
- Ready-to-ship PCs: 24 business hours (weekends/holidays excluded).
- Prebuilt PCs: 3-5 business days.
- Custom-built PCs: 5-7 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may change due to stock availability, order volume, or fraud verification checks.
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed ID verification, or payment issues are not Infinity Computers’ responsibility.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Contact us if you have any issues.
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, ID verification is required for certain orders, including high-value purchases and first-time customers.
- You will need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and proof of address that matches the billing details on your order.
- Orders without valid ID verification may be canceled at Infinity Computers’ discretion.

We accept returns within 14 days of pickup or delivery for online orders and 7 days for in-store purchases.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned computers.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Custom-built PCs are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Proper packaging is required for all returns. If an item is damaged due to poor packaging, the customer is responsible for repair/replacement costs.
- Opened accessories (monitors, speakers, etc.) and software are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Custom builds are non-refundable but are covered under warranty for repairs.

Warranty and Support
We provide a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor for hardware defects and malfunctions.
- This warranty does NOT cover:
- BIOS changes, overclocking, or crypto-mining.
- Software issues caused by user modifications.
- Accidental damage, improper electrical use, or unauthorized repairs.
- Shipping for warranty repairs is covered for the first 30 days within Canada. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- If a part is discontinued, Infinity Computers may replace it with an equivalent or better component.

Yes, we provide lifetime technical support for all custom PCs built by Infinity Computers.
At this time, we do not offer extended warranties. However, we provide lifetime technical support for all custom PCs purchased from us.
