Ready-to-ship PCs typically ship within 24 business hours. Prebuilt systems usually ship within 5 to 7 business days. Custom gaming PCs usually take 5 to 7 business days. AI, workstation, and enterprise systems usually take 7 to 14 business days because they require additional validation and workload testing. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on component availability, order volume, weekends, and holidays.
Yes. Systems are delivered with Windows installed, current drivers installed, and essential configuration completed unless otherwise specified in the order details.
Yes. Infinity Computers systems are tested before delivery or shipping. Testing may include hardware inspection, BIOS configuration, memory stability testing, CPU and GPU stress testing, storage checks, thermal validation, and general system stability checks.
Yes. We build systems with long-term upgradeability in mind whenever possible. That means choosing appropriate power supplies, airflow-focused cases, motherboard platforms, and configurations that make future upgrades easier.
Yes. Custom builds can be planned around your preferred case, colour theme, lighting style, cooling setup, performance needs, and budget. Final compatibility and availability are confirmed before ordering.
No. Infinity Computers provides clear component information and avoids low-quality mystery parts. Exact models may vary due to stock, but replacements must meet the same standard and performance target.
Repairs
Infinity Computers provides computer repair, laptop repair, phone repair, console repair, diagnostics, upgrades, cleaning, SSD upgrades, software troubleshooting, and performance improvements where applicable.
Yes. The diagnostic fee is $50. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you only pay for the repair itself. If you do not proceed, the diagnostic fee covers the time spent diagnosing the issue.
Many repairs can be completed same day or within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the issue, parts availability, and current workload.
Most computer repairs include a limited 30-day service warranty covering the specific repair performed, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Warranty coverage may vary by repair type and parts used.
Yes. We can service custom-built PCs from other providers. Warranty coverage only applies to systems originally purchased from Infinity Computers and remains subject to the warranty terms.
Data backup or recovery may be available depending on the device condition. Data recovery is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders and Shipping
Yes. We ship systems across Canada using tracked shipping and protective packaging. Shipping options and timelines depend on the system, location, and order details.
Eligible shipped systems include shipping insurance where applicable. Claims related to loss or damage are subject to carrier investigation, packaging condition, and approval.
Contact Infinity Computers immediately with photos of the packaging, shipping box, and product. Do not discard the packaging materials. Damage claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.
Free Canada-wide shipping may be available on eligible prebuilt gaming PCs over $4,000. Offers may change and may be subject to additional terms.
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before parts are ordered, allocated, assembled, or prepared. Once work has started or parts have been allocated, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Custom-built systems are generally final sale once parts are ordered, allocated, assembled, or production has begun. Warranty support remains available according to the warranty terms.
Warranty and Support
Yes. All Infinity-built PC systems include a 3-year limited hardware warranty. Gaming and consumer systems also include lifetime basic support for general questions, upgrade guidance, and troubleshooting. Business, workstation, and enterprise systems include 5 years of technical support.
The limited hardware warranty covers eligible hardware defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, overclocking damage, software issues, or environmental damage.
Many components may also carry manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and component and may extend beyond Infinity Computers own warranty period.
Gaming and consumer systems include lifetime basic support for general questions, upgrade guidance, and troubleshooting. This does not include free parts replacement outside warranty coverage, onsite service, shipping costs, or unrelated software services.
Business, workstation, and enterprise systems include 5 years of technical support. This helps professional customers get long-term guidance for troubleshooting, upgrades, configuration questions, and system planning.
Hardware warranty does not cover software issues, operating system corruption, driver conflicts, viruses, customer-installed software problems, or third-party software issues. Some software support may be available separately.
Warranty may be void if the system is physically damaged, exposed to liquid, modified improperly, overclocked beyond safe limits, repaired by an unauthorized party, used in an unsuitable environment, or damaged through misuse or neglect.
Financing and Payments
Yes. Financing is available through Affirm where eligible. Financing options, approvals, and payment terms are handled by the financing provider.

Infinity Computers may match a comparable system from a verified Ontario or Canadian retailer when the specifications, condition, availability, warranty, and seller are comparable. Marketplace listings, private sellers, refurbished systems, clearance items, pricing errors, and limited-time promotions may be excluded.
